By purchasing this Breathwork program, I certify my physical and mental fitness for these activities.

I confirm that I do not suffer from conditions that would limit my participation, such as cardiovascular disease, severe mental health issues, seizures, recent surgery, or any condition making me unsuitable for these activities without a doctor’s explicit approval.

Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional release. It is therefore not recommended for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease (including angina or heart attack), high blood pressure, pacemaker use, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Additionally, it is not advised for individuals with mental illness, seizure disorders, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, those using major medications, or those with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women must consult and obtain approval from their primary care physician before participating. Persons with asthma should bring their inhalers and also consult their physician before participating.

before participating in these breathing sessions.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organisers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation in these activities.

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the

remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective. This document is

governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
